VARNA, Bulgaria — The Saxophone Quartet of the Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe (CNE) Band performs during a community relations project (COMREL) at the Little Friend House Orphanage here Nov. 9. Sailors from the CNE Band and USS Mount Whitney (LCC/JCC 20) painted playground equipment and put together two donated swing sets during the COMREL. Mount Whitney, which is home ported in Gaeta, Italy, is on a regularly scheduled deployment to the Black Sea and is currently hosting the multinational Black Sea Partnership Cruise.
