Step #1 - Review the EUCOM Welcome Packet

Step #2 - HQ USEUCOM Inprocessing. Upon arrival, report to the USEUCOM Headquarters Commandant Joint Reception Center (JRC), Patch Barracks, Building 2308, Room 107, during duty hours Monday through Friday (0730-1700). You will receive a USEUCOM In-Processing packet containing everything you need to in-process the command. For assistance call (office name) DSN 314-430-6892 or (commercial) 011-49-0711-680-6892.

Step #3 - U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Inprocessing. The USAG In-Processing Program takes about 10 duty days and is conducted on Panzer Kaserne at the installation reception center. The program includes the following:

  1. a driving tour of local hospitals
  2. a one-day cultural orientation class
  3. the USAREUR driver’s test

Spouses are encouraged to attend the various Inprocessing Program classes to receive the same information and ask questions of the USAG staff.

Step #4 - HQ USEUCOM Newcomer’s Orientation Program (NOP). All newly-assigned personnel are required to complete the NOP within 45 days of arrival to USEUCOM.  NOP classes are conducted in  Building 2307, Rooms 317 and 301, Patch Barracks, Vaihingen, Germany.  For assistance, please call DSN 314-430-8755/7047 or (commercial) 011-49-711-680-8755/7047.
